Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have precise idea about duty structure, HS code and import procedure for CNF operation.
∎ Prepare documents for foreign procurement through LC under at sight / UPAS / Offshore Banking / Deferred Payment), Amendment, and release the shipping documents from the bank and reviewing all L/C requirements with PSI Company.
∎ Cost calculation and pricing of the imported products.
∎ Verify market rate time to time by visiting physically to compare with suppliers quotations and negotiate with suppliers to get the best price.
∎ Manage C&F agent to clear the consignment.
∎ Assist in the procurement of different commodities, raw materials, reagents, machinery / equipment, office supplies and other services and supplies from local and international as procurement rules and procedures.
∎ Maintain a proper filing and easily retrievable system for purchase orders and contracts issued for the procurement of goods and services.
∎ Maintain database on suppliers, conduct regular search for alternatives, and update the list of local and foreign supplier.
∎ Provide purchase information to allow the proper recording of financial commitments and expenditures in the respective budget.
∎ To ensure and manage the renewal of IRC, ERC, Trade License, DCCI Certificates and bill of exports.
∎ Perform other related duties as required.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Minimum 10 years job experience job experience in related field.
∎ Must have 3 years experience in a Pre-Engineered Steel building manufacturing company
