∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supply chain manager purchases items for a store or a chain of stores, coordinates orders and shipments so that items are neither overstocked nor out of stock and negotiates with distributors to acquire the best price for store products.
∎ Consults with company management to determine supply budget.
∎ Places orders for supplies.
∎ Creates strategic plan for recurring future orders.
∎ Ensures that all supply orders arrive on time.
∎ Ensures that all expenditures fall within designated budget.
∎ Reviews shipments to check for delivery errors or defective items.
∎ Assists in determining standards for quality control.
∎ Ensures that all products shipped to stores are up to quality standards.
∎ Processes returns of any bulk shipments of defective items.
∎ Manages inventory of supplies.
∎ Data Management, Create Invoice & Costing in system (As Per Company System). Internal Mail communication- Arrival notice, Collecting & Sending Co-load doc's (Local & Overseas forwarder). Perform audit on all files (SCM) on regular basis.
∎ Provide training to team and perform assessment of all work and assist to achieve all objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients/suppliers and perform regular communication with all staff and clients.
∎ Manage all banking logistics for supply chain activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all procure schedule. Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes & search for possibilities to reduce taxes.
∎ Any additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the management time to time.
