Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ CSCE/Post graduation diploma in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Textile, Yarn Procurement, Yarn Sourcing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local & foreign sourcing according to company's policies & requirements.
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
∎ BTB Yarn LC closing and document disbursement procedure to yard suppliers.
∎ Maintaining yarn related all certificate issues like – TC Organics, Scope certificates (organic/BCI), Oeko tex certificates, RCS, Users reports, BCI portal etc. to face compliance and buyer etc.
∎ Develop, own and maintain a supply chain network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the company's Ethics & Code of Conduct.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with knitting concerned, Merchandisers and all suppliers regarding yarn booking and approval issue purpose.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
∎ Supervisory and management experience.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
