∎ Legal training and up-to-date knowledge of contract law.
∎ Strong negotiating skills.
∎ Road and Bridge work experienced.
∎ Should have the knowledge of any kind of civil drawings.
∎ Should have good knowledge all kinds of analysis of works.
∎ Communication talent.
∎ Confident manner.
∎ An understanding of the construction industry.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contract creation: Outlining contract contents, negotiating details, and drafting contracts.
∎ Contract management: Monitoring deadlines, ensuring contract compliance, and keeping contract documentation up to date.
∎ Contract execution: Supervising the execution of contracts and ensuring the company gets the best possible results.
∎ Payment Terms & Conditions of the sub-contractor’s work order.
∎ Relationship building: Maintaining relationships with vendors and other business connections.
∎ Contract issues: Investigating and addressing contract issues, and resolving legal disputes.
∎ Contract communication: Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts.
