Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ Inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of store inventory management system.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on ERP based software.
∎ Lead the warehouse team for effective management of store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Ensure general control on over all activities in the Department
∎ Plan making, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space.
∎ Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Maintaining LIFO/FIFO system on medicine, disinfectant goods by BIN card.
∎ Supervising- MRR, SR, SRM, store register, gate pass, ERP & manual entry.
∎ Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
∎ Ensure compliance of warehouse activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
∎ Conduct physical stock checking and verify with updated inventory/stock statement
∎ Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process.
∎ Monitoring distribution & delivery process efficiently and effectively.
∎ Warehouse monitoring, re-order level checking, demand forecasting and communication with assigned unit.
∎ Purchase requisition and planning, implementing & utilizing optimum use of store space.
∎ Continuous improvement in activities of procedure, policy with implementation, Work aware, motivating and developing the total workforce of store.
∎ Should have strong knowledge over store management of Central store of group of textile companies..

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have strong knowledge about procurement, supply chain and inventory.
∎ Excellent in written and spoken English.
∎ Must stay at factory premises in Valuka, Mymensingh.

Salary: Negotiable
