Store Inventory and Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a part of the Factory Management.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Software.
∎ Receive store materials from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, tags and track surplus properly.
∎ Prepare monthly stock report regularly & Maintain store ledger properly.
∎ Submit purchase requisition to purchase department.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Liaison with Purchase and Material, QC, Commercial, Production, and others related department.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store department.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maintain required MIS.
∎ Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements
∎ Develop and arrange deliverable materials in store areas (As Needed)
∎ Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.
∎ Receive finished product from productions and prepared for delivery as per demand.
∎ Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.(FIFP/LIFO)
∎ Prepare & maintain all records of raw materials, products and packaging movement.
∎ Receive & inspect deliveries to ensure they meet expected specifications.
∎ Strongly handle all kind of incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Making sure that store(s) are well cleaned, organizing product, Product accessibility and product identification.
∎ Store related fleet management.
∎ Implementing all procedures of ISO 9001-2015 regarding store & Inventory.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
∎ Any assigned job by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Transformer, Switchgear, Manufacturing Company.
∎ Must have good verbal & written communication skills in English
∎ Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities
∎ Must have special qualification to follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store department.
∎ Technical Competency Requirements-
∎ Self-motivation
∎ Team working ability
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ A methodical approach and problem-solving skills
∎ Working with Store Management Software.
∎ Good communication skill with Department Head and subordinate.
∎ Must be adequate knowledge of using computer.
∎ Basic skills in dealing with other cultures.
∎ Must have advanced knowledge in computer application packages (Specially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).ERP Software.
