Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Master degree in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall store & inventory management of the project.
∎ Administer store & inventory and ensure compliance with the following existing company’s policies and procedures.
∎ Forecast buying trends & material needs and prepare a report on it.
∎ Proposes innovative ideas to make the store management efficiency
∎ Responsible to receive materials as per chalan.
∎ Check inventory records biweekly or monthly for accuracy of the overall inflow & outflow.
∎ Keep records the item received, issued or transferred to another location.
∎ Check received stock as against invoice.
∎ Prepare a list of materials with quantities received according to Material Transfer Order (MTO).
∎ Check the quality and quantity of materials while on receipt at the site.
∎ Maintain all received and issued documents properly.
∎ Receive & maintain petty cash for daily expenses of the project.
∎ Ensure proper storage and Security of materials stored.
∎ Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories.
∎ Maintain several ledger books.
∎ Issue materials for daily use as per Store Receipt Form (SRF) and with the signature of Contractor/his representative.
∎ Submit reports on the material position to Project Director on a monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Functional knowledge on ERP software is must required.
∎ Bookkeeping skills/Store/Inventory/Bin management.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Decision making ability.

Salary: Negotiable
