Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of all store operational issues
∎ Controlling of raw materials, store & spare parts and finished goods.
∎ Preparing annual budget for spares of store
∎ Maintaining the stability and reputation of the company by complying with legal requirements.
∎ To distribute and receive store materials as per requirement of the plant.
∎ Maintaining store ledger properly
∎ Development of spares for better internal control and knowledge about BIN card and others tools for controlling big store.
∎ Develop and implement improvement plans.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service
∎ Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
∎ Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 12 Years experience in a large heavy manufacturing industry & supply chain management.
∎ Should be capable to maintain most modern mechanical/electrical spares.
∎ Capable to handle ERP
∎ Maintain, encourage and possess "ownership mentality".
∎ Excellent computer operation skill
∎ Ability to effectively teach/develop others to next level.
∎ Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
∎ Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency
