Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the proper storage of all Raw Materials, Chemical, Packing Materials and items, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts, etc.
∎ Checking Monthly foreign & local requirement upon discussing with all department, planning & indent preparing as per standard procedure.
∎ Prepare the daily MRR after quality certifies for foreign and local all receiving materials.
∎ Closely monitor local purchase and verify price at random. Ensure items of correct specification are purchased in correct quantity.
∎ Monitoring key performance indicator (KPI), identifying sources of major losses related to stores items, generating project ideas and implementing improvement projects.
∎ Receiving Imported Raw Materials, Chemical & Spare parts L.C wise and reporting short / excess by email or phone.
∎ Ensure Safety stock level inventory, planning and maintain of all store items for smooth production.
∎ Preparing and forwarding daily report to head office about Raw Materials, Chemical, Packing Materials & consumption and stock report & forwarding to H/O.
∎ Ensure smooth supply of raw materials, Packing Materials & chemical to the production floor.
∎ Ensure receipt & storage of Scrap in proper place (Receiving and storing Scrap as per SCM plan).
∎ Instruct store keepers to issue correct items against correct demand.
∎ Be conversant with stowage system and accountability and supervise the subordinates in their duties.
∎ To monitor yearly inventory accordingly. Ensure MRR preparing, checking and timely dispatching to H/O procurement/Accounts. Regularly inspect the cards, Ledger and MIS to update the position.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO Standard. Maintain, updating and monitoring daily all type of store related register work & store related reporting work.
∎ Responsible for issue, receipts, documentation, warehousing, inventory, stocking and making computerized entries for the related items.
∎ You will maintain and monitoring store related works (MRR, SR, SRM) and to be posted in computerized inventory management system by ERP software.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary will be allocated by the General Manger/Factory In-charge of the demanding of the situation.
∎ That Management may change your duties and responsibilities and you may be placed elsewhere in this Organization, if situation demand so.
∎ That you will have to abide by Rules & Regulation of this Organization presently in force and / or that may be introduced during the period of your service.
∎ That under all or any other circumstances you will protect the interest / secrecy of the company.
∎ That you will perform your duties and responsibilities satisfactorily presently assigned and to be assigned later on.

∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Literate in MS Office /Computer/Internet
∎ Excellent Communication and negation skill in English & Bengali.
