Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare monthly complaint analysis and evaluation reports.
∎ 2. Submit reports on time to management for development purposes.
∎ 3. Conduct monthly visits to service centers.
∎ 4. Arrange zone-wise meetings with service personnel to ensure faster service delivery.
∎ 5. Ensure product troubleshooting and maintenance are carried out efficiently.
∎ 6. Confirm the availability of tools and spare parts by overcoming obstacles with the help of the SCM department.
∎ 7. Maintain relationships with customers, dealers, showrooms, and management.
∎ 8. Address all service-related issues to promote service development.
∎ 9. Work towards reducing service-related costs.
∎ 10. Prepare service-related bills with proper verification.
∎ 11. Check and verify third-party bills and agreements.
∎ 12. Oversee the structural development of service centers.
∎ 13. Identify inefficiencies in service technicians and engineers.
∎ 14. Arrange training sessions to improve skills.
∎ 15. Manage and improve processes related to sales returns and replacements.
∎ 16. Work to reduce SR/Replace cases.
∎ 17. Develop processes to reduce missing and broken items.
∎ 18. Oversee administrative tasks such as leave adjustments, mobile reimbursements, account opening, ID card issuance, computer allocation, bike management, and uniform distribution for all service points.
∎ 19. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
∎ 20. Adhere to all official rules and regulations.
∎ 21. Conduct daily feedback calls with customers, showrooms, dealers, and sales members to ensure smooth service operations.
∎ 22. Provide comprehensive follow-up and oversight of service operations to ensure high-quality outcomes.
