Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Planning and meeting up the yearly sales target of Gas Generator/ Diesel Generator in Bangladesh Market for the company.
∎ To find out market opportunities in the specified product range and maximise the market shares as well as profit for the organisation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 8 to 10 years in "Sales and Application "experience in a large reputed organization (National or MNC) in the field of Gas Generator or Diesel Generator.
∎ Must have Experience in handling diversified customers across the industry and relationship with the stakeholders.
∎ FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Preparing Marketing Plan, Sales Budget and Strategies.
∎ Promoting products and achieving sales target as per the Marketing & Business Plan.
∎ To explore prospective market and penetrate the product in the market and also to improve market share in the existing market.
∎ Acumen in Market & Customer information analysis and Prepare action plan.
∎ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Excellent communication, presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
