∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in EnglishWilling to stay beside factory

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive dyes and chemicals in accordance with the provided challan, purchase order, and L/C packing list.
∎ Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for every chemical stored.
∎ Utilize Oracle Software to prepare material requisitions based on production needs, forwarding them to the procurement department.
∎ Retrieve dyes and chemicals from the central store as per sub-store requisitions.
∎ Generate daily and monthly reports detailing the reception, issuance, and consumption of dyes and chemicals.
∎ Maintain the chemical store's functionality, including safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
∎ Manage inventory using Oracle software and implement Bin Card usage for tracking chemical items.
∎ Oversee all aspects of the store department, coordinating its operations effectively.
∎ Prioritize and enforce safety protocols within the storehouse environment.
∎ Take the lead in safety, quality, and compliance initiatives within the workplace.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards as required.
∎ Preparedness to manage various types of audits and visits related to the chemical store.
