Educational Requirements:
∎ Certificate of Competency Class -2/ Class-3 (Marine)
∎ Masters in Maritime Studies Or MBA (Maritime Majors)
∎ B Sc in Nautical Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating vessels smooth operation including communicating with Master, Government regulatory bodies and others as required.
∎ Ensuring vessel compliances with all regulations.
∎ Hiring crews for coastal vessel.
∎ Update all documents of the vessels time to time as and when required.
∎ Inspecting vessel regularly and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Ensuring attendance of crews and check salary sheet.
∎ Edit, Amend Company SMS Manual reflecting on regulatory changes as required by Class/Flag/Other authorities and ensures vessel complies with all regulations. Keep Record of Updated MMC from Flag states.
∎ Prepare Monthly voyage report.
∎ To update and follow up all marine circular, publication, and notices to vessel in accordance with regulation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 6 Months sea time as Second/third Officer on board ship or 1 year work experience at Ship operation related office.
∎ Ship operation & Management, Ship Management related documentation, MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
