∎ Hon's/Master's/MBA/Civil Engineering degree from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stakeholder (work/private) like Fire & Civil department, Police station, DNCC, Desco, Wasa, Gas suppliers, Environment office, Local influence etc.
∎ Build and maintain a productive and cooperative relationship with Clients.
∎ Negotiate with landowner, agreement, and power of attorney drafting.
∎ Attend any kind of call regarding lift ,Fire hydrant, Fire alarm, CCTV based security system, Public Announcement system etc.
∎ Understand the importance of flat owner/stakeholder's relationship and satisfaction; ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
∎ Proper VAT Documentation for monthly return submission.
∎ Summarizing monthly vat return information from purchase register and reconciling.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer skill (MS Office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) & be proficient in Bangla typing.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team leader, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Should be smart, well groomed, self-motivated & polite behavior
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
∎ Capability of convincing prospects.
