Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate strategies and plans for the after-sales service team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes, identify shortfalls and solve problems to ensure service efficiency.
∎ Ensure proper coordination among marketing, sales, service, and support departments.
∎ Ensure proper manpower distribution among regions to provide optimum after-sales service.
∎ Collect service-related data, analyze and share with principals.
∎ Provide inputs in product development. Work with the field service team and principal on warranty-related issues.
∎ Provide support in the development of spare parts business.
∎ Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
∎ Travel frequently throughout the country and ensure a strong and efficient service field force team.
∎ Collect service data, prepare reports and presentations for top management, and assist in decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-8 years of relevant experience in commercial vehicle industry.
∎ Strong communication and social skills
∎ Experience of leading a team.
∎ Result oriented and ability to work with cross functional teams.
