• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the RMG industry, with strong expertise in woven bottom finishing operations.

• Practical knowledge of finishing processes, garment quality standards, and buyer requirements.

• Proven ability to manage finishing teams, improve productivity, and meet shipment deadlines.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A reputed garments manufacturing company is looking for an experienced professional to lead woven bottom finishing operations, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, buyer compliance, and on-time shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall finishing operations for woven bottom garments.

• Ensure proper pressing, thread trimming, measurement checking, folding, packing, and final inspection.

• Maintain buyer quality standards and minimize defects, rework, and rejection.

• Monitor production targets, manpower, productivity, and shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams.

• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure efficient resource utilization and workplace safety.
