Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Import, Oven Germents
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the Import Team of the Group.
∎ Ensuring that all Import-related documents are prepared on time.
∎ Communicating with Shipping Line/Forwarding Agents/ C&F Agents and others organizations related to Import documentation.
∎ Archiving and filling up all necessary LC documents as and when required.
∎ Preparing all the necessary documents for the Banks after receiving the Bank Intimation.
∎ Import purpose general correspondence with Factory Concern, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents and Bank Officers.
∎ Following up each LC application with the banks and handover every necessary document to the UD department.
∎ Preparing the Import Statements.
∎ Maintaining good relations with all government institutions.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good in English both in written and verbal
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Smart, adaptable professional mentality
Salary: Negotiable
