∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ The goal of this position is to ensure security and safety of Head offices, Factories, Depots and Sales Offices of the Group.
∎ The incumbent will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
∎ The goal of this position is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify, investigate and resolve security breaches.
∎ Lead, appraise and train the security personnel.
∎ Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures with the collaboration of the HR department.
∎ Motivate security personnel & guide them.
∎ Coordinate with all government agencies and maintain liaison with the company for security purposes.
∎ Attend meetings with other entities to determine operational needs and coordinate security operations for specific events.
∎ Review reports on incidents and breaches through investigation to resolve those issues.
∎ Supervise and oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.
∎ To plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
∎ Services through Initiating disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
∎ Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
∎ Follow up on the third party's security service deployed in different posts.
∎ To collaborate with HR team in terms of recruitment, training and supervising all security officers and guards.
∎ Keep group Management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demanded necessary.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of relevant working experience essentially at least 03 years in the similar role in any reputed group of companies.
∎ Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
∎ Retired armed forces Officer will get preference.
∎ Must possess good IT skills specially Bangla & English Typing Skill Required.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work extended working hours.
