Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deploy effective market penetration strategy by analyzing competitor's sales volume, current market demand & capacity building efforts to escalate market share.
∎ Articulate and implement of effective sales & marketing strategies as well as activities to enhance sales volume.
∎ Develop market policy in consultation with section head through collecting market data about business scenario like competitors sales volume, market coverage etc.
∎ Supervise & monitor market visit of the team members to develop the new potential customers in order to increase the sales volume.
∎ Guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business
∎ Ensure timely delivery of corrugated carton by coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team.
∎ Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their performance to ensure that monthly sales target are met.
∎ Ensure that the reports are prepared with adequate analysis & observations based on market data (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.) and submit it to section head on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about automatic corrugated carton packaging industries.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
∎ Communication skill and interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership skill and problem solving skill
