Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for bids on new projects for residential, commercial & industrial, building.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project.
∎ Develop strategies relating to the company's market, products, services, and sales goals. Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure team's monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ identify the market opportunities for future sales and Keep update on market ? Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Have a resourceful effective customer database.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
