Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering/Bachelor in Technology/ BSC Mechanical Engineering Or Electrical Engineering preferably from BUET, KUET, RUET etc Bangladesh university or other university of repute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationship with existing clients to increase the business share.
∎ Follow-up with new and existing clients regularly to convert new leads into recurring business.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in client s production process and provide recommendations based on the company s product strength.
∎ Gain product market share in prescribed area by working with the local Dealer to develop product sales strategies.
∎ Dealer Development and analysing Dealer Monthly Performance.
∎ Pitch enterprise products and services to prospective customers
∎ Achieve annual order booking and market share acquisition targets by maintaining margin.
∎ Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth and use analytics to create action plans that are based on data and statistics and interpret results against targets.
∎ Desired person is expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field to develop relationships with customers and co- traveling with sales personnel or Dealer team members for business development.
∎ As Head Bangladesh business to maximise market share and customer satisfaction with the product and service offerings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-10 years of experience in Direct Sales of RMC Equipment and Construction Equipment / Heavy Equipment industry
∎ Have in depth knowledge of the Bangladesh RMC and Construction markets for the Construction Equipment and Concrete equipment products in the portfolio with good relations.
∎ Bachelor in Engineering/Bachelor in Technology/ BSC Mechanical Engineering Or Electrical Engineering preferably from BUET, KUET, RUET etc Bangladesh university or other university of repute with 4-10 years of experience in Direct Sales in RMC Equipment and Construction Equipment / Heavy Equipment industry.
∎ 4-10 yrs Experience Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional in Sales and Marketing of Construction Equipment Machinery and Concrete equipment. Lesser experience candidate will be considered for Sales Engineer / Sales Officer.
∎ Dealer Development and Dealer Management
∎ Should be analytical and having adequate commercial knowledge
∎ Excellent teamwork skills.
∎ Should be Fluent in English
∎ Should have a knowledge of Email, MS Word, Excel with formulae, PowerPoint Presentation etc
∎ Should be confident in selling equipment in highly competitive market
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
