∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exercise command and control over the security team.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for the factories, offices and residential houses within the Group and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
∎ Carry out routine operational activities of own jurisdiction as per Group security SOP.
∎ Maintain close liaison with local administration.
∎ Monitor various aspects of the assigned premises and administration to prevent possible security & safety risks.
∎ Protect the company's assets and people from possible invasion and harm.
∎ Identify threats and inform channels in timely to receive management decisions.
∎ Arranging sudden visit with the security team in order to check the employee if situation demand.
∎ Maintain security related files &documents for management's need.
∎ Monitor video surveillance & maintain records.
∎ Monitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.
∎ Ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is complete and accurate
∎ Coordinate with other team members such as residences, department managers and factory and warehouse supervisors to ensure that orders are being processed correctly
∎ Any other task assign by management time to time.

∎ Age 45 to 55 years
