∎ Skills Required: Government Liaison, Land Registration, liason, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BRTA Regulatory, Rajuk, Regulatory Affairs, Roads and Highways, WASA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all regulatory affairs of the company including renewal and updating of company and project permission/ registration/licenses/memorandum of articles of association etc.
∎ Providing presentable communications with Management and Government offices.
∎ Handling all other project's dispute to solve and manage by management instruction.
∎ Coordination of projects to implement the relevant department in fulfilling regulatory requirements.
∎ Assisting legal department in solving land dispute cases.
∎ Inquiry and Coordination with the following Offices like A/C Land Office, Registry Office, D.C Office, TNO Office, Union Parishad Office, RAJUK Office, Gas & WASA Office, Roads & High-way Office, corresponding Police Station and related Office, Consultancy and Co-operation with various land owner and media, Recovery Bad Investment by various projects etc.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by Head of Department and Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
