∎ Service Operation ManagementOversee and manage day-to-day operations of Refrigerator and AC service activities nationwide.Ensure timely and effective installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.Monitor service KPIs such as TAT (Turnaround Time), FTR (First Time Repair), warranty claims, and customer feedback.
