Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of a designated floor in the Parlour.
Ensure that all activities on the floor run efficiently, meeting Parlour Client policies. Respond to Client and Parlour Staff concerns, inquiries and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.
Monitor and manage staff schedules, assignments and workload to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Provide leadership, support and guidance to the staffs.
Conduct regular meetings with the floor staff to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
Implement and enforce Parlour policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other consultants, department heads and Parlour management to resolve issues, improve workflow and enhance Parlour Staff Care.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for stationary supplies, snacks, equipment and other necessities on the floor.
Perform routine checks to ensure that all electric, electronic and medical equipment is in working order and report any issues for maintenance or repairs.
Keep accurate records of floor-related activities, incidents, and Staff, client data.
Any other related job assigned by the management.
