Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of R & D analytical unit.
∎ To provide strategic direction for operational excellence and ensure through gap analysis on procedures, people competencies and organizational set up.
∎ Experience in product development of solid dosage form (Tablet ,Capsule- Hard & Soft Gel , PFS & Sterile Products.)
