Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology graduates will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
∎ Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
∎ Documentation, preparing and arranging documents for Tender proposal submission, e-GP tender submission, and participating in DPM, OTM, OSTEM, LTM.
∎ Exploring potential tender notices for both in the public & private sectors.
∎ Keeping track of ongoing tenders.
∎ Issuing P/O, Bank guarantee, and the Performance guarantee for ensuring rules of the scope of supply / construction specified in the contract with the client.
∎ Preparing / checking, tracking and finalizing different requisition from different construction sites and adjusting with approved master budget.
∎ Collecting quotations, preparing CS and work orders and contract documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 2 Years working experience as project estimation, BOQ preparation, Tender documents preparation and submission.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 2 Years working experience as project estimation, BOQ preparation, Tender documents preparation and submission.
∎ State-licensed and certified civil engineer.
∎ In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
∎ Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
