∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from renowned University (Preferably from BUET or any public university.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure quality of construction works and materials.
∎ Daily project visit is essential to ensure quality works and materials
∎ Help project engineers & site supervisors to attain quality project & quality works.
∎ Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
∎ Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
∎ Check for similarly description of paint work.
∎ Checking various type of bill.
∎ Presence/During Casting operation (Quality monitoring, Aggregates, slump, Vibrating, Slippage of Scaffolding & vertical props) finishing etc.
∎ Site Cleanliness of Building.
∎ Monitor all quality related activities on the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as quality assurance engineer in any reputed real estate company.
∎ Experience of high rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, specially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about quality of construction works.
Salary: Negotiable
