Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Ceramic Engineering / Diploma in Ceramic Engineering with very good experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure production of best quality Porcelain Tableware products in every steps of production.
∎ Major job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Establish and manage quality control system, parameters and statistical controls including testing and evaluation from raw material to finished products.
∎ Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality in every steps of production.
∎ Propose corrective and preventive actions to non-conformances recorded during assessments and inspections
∎ Verify implementation of proposed corrective / preventive actions and determine their effectiveness
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production
∎ Investigate customer complaints, verify causes of defects and coordinate implementation of corrective / preventive actions
∎ Contact with external organizations such as Lucideon, BV, SGS, BSTI etc for product testing purpose.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes
∎ Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 5 yrs of experience in the quality department in Porcelain/Ceramic Tableware Industry, out of which 2 yrs in managerial position.
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in the department
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of Porcelain Tableware
