Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring GMP Compliance in all stage of Manufacturing.
∎ Ensuring GMP Compliance in all stage of Manufacturing.
∎ • Ensuring proper documentation of all quality assurance related documents.
∎ • Follow up in In-process Checking, BMR, BPR checking during manufacturing of products and
∎ Dispensing of raw materials.
∎ • Responsible for all In Process Quality Assurance activities (IPQA) on the production floor including
∎ quality oversight and Batch record review.
∎ • Organize and Manufacturing analytical activities of raw materials, packing materials and finished
∎ products and to ensure quality of product by implementing guidelines of WHO, ICH, BP, USP, FDA
∎ etc.
∎ • Monitor & implement GMP in the manufacturing site area
∎ • Handle deviation, change control, quality risk management, CAPA Management, vendor approval,
∎ product complaint, product recall /Mock recall.
∎ • Should knowledge about SMF, VMP and Prepare QA documents master list & QA SOPs, Control
∎ issuance and distribute SOPs,
∎ • STPs and other QMS documents
∎ • Upgrade and ensure quality management systems
∎ • Follow up cleaning validation, process validation Analytical Method validation and co-ordinate of
∎ technology transfer activities for successful product transfer.
