Job Context:
∎ Excellent Group is looking for experienced professional for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department who will lead the team of dynamic workforce in the consumer goods factory at kanchpur narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core responsibilities:
∎ 1) Have to be able to do analytical tests related to cosmetics, toiletries and similar items
∎ 2) Has to have indepth knowledge on test methods, ISO standards,BP,USP etc
∎ 3) Have to be able to develop SOPs related to product stability, hygiene, HACCP, FSMS
∎ 4) Has to develop cleaning procedures, validate and verify
∎ Auxiliary responsibilities:
∎ 1) Has to be able to face audits
∎ 2) Train and Develop team
∎ 3) Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
∎ 4) Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
∎ 5) Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
∎ 6) Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
∎ 7) Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1) Mandatory to have experience in managing QC activities related to cosmetics, toiletries, traditional medicines
∎ 2) Candidate having experience in managing QC activities mentioned in point 1, shall be relaxed from educational requirements
