∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Herbal Medicine

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors
∎ Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
∎ Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
∎ Discover profitable suppliers and initiate Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Drive promotional campaigns in order to select appropriate supplier with competitive price and good quality.Review sales forecast & production plan to ensure optimum level of inventory of materials for efficient & effective supply of raw materials, packaging materials. Plan and use fruitful sourcing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
∎ Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a procurement manager or procurement officer
∎ Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in 'reading' the market
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
∎ Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
