∎ BSc./MSc. Civil Engineering any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Project Planning (MS Project & Excel).
∎ Construction Project Management (including Stock Management).
∎ Ensure Compliance, Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
∎ Estimation & BOQ
∎ Cost Control & Wastage Reduction.
∎ Liaison with Landowner & Client regarding Project Construction, Approval, Finishing Material Selections etc.
∎ Provide weekly/monthly progress & other reports required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 12-15 years’ of experience with Real Estate Company
∎ Must be able to handle 8-10 project at a time

Salary: Negotiable
