Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project operations including billing management, everyday troubleshoot and operational support.
∎ Regularly communicate with the customer and give support.
∎ Response in situational hazards such as accidental issues.
∎ Update all the records related to the customer service
∎ Preserve all the important documents in order with proper filing system so that information can be provided timely.
∎ Attend each grievance carefully and investigate properly & if required initiate disciplinary procedures as per law and company policies.
∎ Communicate with Prospect Client and give information of the project.
∎ Initiate monthly report and submit it to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Manage all utility bill, collection and deposit to the authority and update all compliance issue.
∎ Any other assignments directed by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, Negotiation Skills, Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Complete Project Management, Customer Service,
∎ Must well acquainted with computer MS Office & related software uses.
∎ Candidates must be physically fit and should have positive mental attitude.
∎ Scheduling daily, weekly and monthly monitoring work.
