Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.SC Engineering in EEE from a renowned public or private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To furnish techno economic feasibility report of new project according to sales trend and market demand.
∎ Providing direction and technical guidance down the line to all the technical persons of Plastic Products Manufacturing Plant (Injection Molding Machine, Blow Molding Machine, and Extruder, Press Machinery with other necessary auxiliary equipment and Plastic Injection Molds and Metal Dies/Molds) of the factory under Unit-2 and exercising general supervision and control, team building, training and shop floor management.
∎ To initiate and facilitate chronological development of LED Luminaries & Switch-Socket manufacturing project at EELL factory.
∎ Detail analysis of design and cost for any new project.
∎ Regular meetings with GM (Factory) concerning the workings of project development and Unit-2 in the factory.
∎ Departmental budget preparation and implementation.
∎ To develop project time schedule (PTS) for every new project and monitor in every step timely to finish the project as per deadline.
∎ Generating new ideas for process development.
∎ Identify, analyze production MIS of the Factory on a regular basis to identify issues and improvement areas.
∎ To maintain documentation procedure of all implementation processes for all molded products of Switch-Sockets and LED lightings.
∎ Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization man, material and machine utilization on a cost effective way.
∎ Analyze production and machinery line, mold flow analysis on plastics.
∎ Monitor and review production progress of Unit-2 against deadline targets to ensure on time delivery.
∎ To develop a well-organized and effective team to play the pivotal role as Team Leader to achieve the mission of the factory.
∎ Liaison with the Top Management to assist in the development of new projects and strategic plans for operational activity.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation process and give feedback to management information.
∎ To conduct Pre-shipment inspection of Machinery and Molds when instructed by Top Management.
∎ Any other tasks given from Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive working experience in the Lighting Industry.
∎ Working knowledge of LED chips and driver specifications.
∎ Working knowledge of DIALUX Software.
∎ Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of projects including warehouses, streets, industries etc.
∎ Master in Negotiation, Pricing and Conflict resolution, since the target Niche is the critical, government and semi-government.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
