Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.SC Engineering in EEE from a renowned public or private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore new markets & drive for areas of new business revenues for industrial lighting and associated products and solutions.
∎ Making projections of for quarterly/year's sales and divide & allocate them to subordinate managers as per market size & capability.
∎ Lead and support team for overall target achievement.
∎ Market visit, develop new client, creating market opportunity by generating and qualifying potential leads in advance.
∎ Update professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; benchmarking and practice state-of-the art Techniques for sales improvements.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Personally visiting potential clients' offices and build rapport with them.
∎ Responsible for exploring business opportunities through various modalities and also need to develop new business as to keep the revenue & sales in line with the budget.
∎ Provide post -sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize/recommend promotional initiatives for attracting new and existing customers.
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
∎ Identifying the requirements of the government departments while continuing to grow sales.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Work very closely with business decision makers and end users.
∎ Deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive working experience in the Lighting Industry.
∎ Working knowledge of LED chips and driver specifications.
∎ Working knowledge of DIALUX Software.
∎ Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of projects including warehouses, streets, industries etc.
∎ Master in Negotiation, Pricing and Conflict resolution, since the target Niche is the critical, government and semi-government.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
