Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day factory operations, i.e. Production of Poultry and Fish feed.
∎ Coordinate plant activities through detailed planning to ensure plant objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
∎ Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
∎ Reduce variable cost like power, steam, spare parts & maintain SOP for all plant.
∎ Plan and execute new ideas.
∎ Proper utilization of 3 R's (reduce, recycle & reuse).
∎ Ensure optimum production of factories & utilization of manpower.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-12 years.
∎ Candidates from any manufacturing industry can apply.
