Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed top-ranking pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented Pharmacist at their Manufacturing Plant for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the daily production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Monitor productivity rates and product standards, implement process improvement programs.
∎ Responsible for the daily operations and efficient utilization of resources to meet processing demands and reduce the cost of operations.
∎ Ensure the products are produced, inspected, stored and released in accordance with approved procedures.
∎ Responsible for authoring, reviewing and/or approving GMP documents including but not limited to SOPs, Batch Records, Labels, Protocols, Reports and Validation documents.
∎ Ensuring that the production team receives proper training and is qualified to perform the required operations.
∎ Support compliance activities including deviations, CAPAs, Investigation and OOS and OOT
∎ Ensure health, safety and environmental standards in production and warehouse activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, where 3 years as Manager, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Pharmaceuticals Production
∎ Cephalosporin Product Manufacturing
∎ Herbal Product Manufacturing
∎ Well conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint applications.
∎ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Teamworking mentality
∎ Familiar with SAP ERP
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
