Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Master degree in Supply Chain Management is Preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification in CIPS or Supply Chain

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Inventory/ Store Management, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for all kind of local and foreign supplier sourcing, procurement planning, budgeting, cost analyzing, goods procuring and inventory monitoring
∎ Sourcing & procurement of product as per requirements and standard guidelines of the Company
∎ Analyzing purchase requisitions, collection of quotations from supplier based on the requirement, quotation evaluation, ensure zero deviation in price negotiation, preparing comparative statement for taking Management Approval
∎ Define Lead Time, EOQ and minimum stock levels and plan to purchase accordingly
∎ Issuing PO to respective supplier and follow up until final delivery to destination
∎ Follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, Warranty Products or returned materials
∎ LC management, maintain liaison with port, custom and others body's to clear the goods on time effectively
∎ Organize inter-organizational and inter-department communications for providing timely & qualitative procurement services
∎ Implementing risk management for supply contracts, framework agreements and vendor enlistment
∎ To maintain good & trustworthy business relationship with local and foreign effective suppliers
∎ To coordinate with Sales team, Service team & Suppliers
∎ Maintaining and controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per standard
∎ Responsible to keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
∎ Preparing monthly report as per requirement
∎ Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years relevant Supply Chain experience in IT & Technology based industry
∎ Hands-on experience in handling government project related procurement processes would be considered as an added advantage
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
