Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/post-graduation (preferable in Supply Chain) from UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good technical knowledge on overall Indenting & Importing of different types of world class branded Sanitary items
∎ Should have ability to plan and implement indenting & importing activities, optimizing available resources and to undertake responsibilities.
∎ Active email communication with foreign suppliers and local buyers.
∎ Telecommunication with foreign suppliers.
∎ Creating documents for purchase.
∎ Organize documents relating to purchase.
∎ Assist in exchange of documents between banks and suppliers.
∎ Assist suppliers and banks with information during the process of purchase till the closer of the file
∎ Prepare and submit LC opening documents and confirm the draft LC along with Bank.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bank to submit LC opening documents, endorse shipping documents.
∎ Follow up shipment, custom duty, transportation of raw materials, and process shipping documents with C & F agents.
∎ Checking/verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
∎ Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.
∎ Any task assigned by the top Management .

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
