∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all purchasing activities consulting with management.
∎ Lead in purchasing various materials for engineering specially civil construction projects.
∎ Work directly with potential vendors to supply required materials to be used in construction as well as PEB Steel Structures company.
∎ Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
∎ Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criteria such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement, safety, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
∎ Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
∎ Need to use the information gathered by him and the purchasing agents to make decisions on behalf of the company.
∎ Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability to meet the production targets.
∎ Managing Supply Chain for achievement of targets within specified parameters
∎ Able to work with suppliers to create the best deals.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
