Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and evaluate products for super shop.
∎ Place and manage orders based on internal demand planning and inventory requirements.
∎ Maintain and update order records, product details, and supplier communication logs.
∎ Negotiate product prices, shipping costs, and payment terms with suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with the Inventory and Category Management teams to ensure accurate SKU details.
∎ Identify alternative suppliers or products in case of stock outs or price increases.
∎ Review quality standards, manage purchase disputes, and follow up on replacements or refunds.
∎ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP.
∎ Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
