Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred candidate from real estate industry with a minimum qualification of Graduation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Market Research, Purchase/ Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Any engineering graduate or general degree with 8 - 12 years of experience. Should have experience in purchase items for high rise/residential building Construction industry preferably.
∎ The responsibilities include:
∎ Analyzing the purchase requisitions and ensuring timely availability of required materials.
∎ Quotation collection from various vendors / suppliers.
∎ Preparing Comparative Statements and analyzing quotations.
∎ Preparation of Purchase order while taking due care of Taxes, Rates & Terms and conditions.
∎ Assist to make cost analysis of Real Estate Civil / Road Construction related material and finalize the price after getting related approvals from the management.
∎ Search for new and alternative supply sources and update vendor database on a regular basis.
∎ Corresponding with vendors and follow up with them for delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ candidate need to have experience with a real estate company and should have done Purchase for road construction related items.

Salary: Negotiable
