Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a well reputed institute.
∎ Post graduation diploma/ professional certificates in supply chain management will be treated as additional qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received purchase requirements from concern departments and take record in software in items wise.
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for
∎ Management decision.
∎ He/ She Has to arrange to procure materials from different sources as per requirement of the organization including floating enquiries.
∎ Collection of quotations, preparing comparative statements, obtaining approvals from management, issuing purchase orders from the approval of management..
∎ Search for the new and alternative supply chain sources.
∎ Work on a software based system for recording, monitoring and controlling of materials.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to the concerned departments
∎ Update the vendor database on regular basis. Provide Supply Chain Management related reports as a when required.
∎ Ensure development & implementation of organizational Procurement purchase policy.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who have minimum 5-7 years experience in relevant filed are encourage to apply.
∎ The applicants should have Good knowledge & skills in Computer literacy.
∎ Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starter in implementing policies based on organization's objectives,
∎ Candidates having salon management experience will be given preference.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & Software.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
Salary: Negotiable
