∎ Minimum Post Graduate having Commerce background from a reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring purchase at the best possible price and meet on time in full quantity.
∎ Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules.
∎ Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Discover potential suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
∎ Providing RFQ (Request for Quotation) to suppliers, collecting the price quotation and preparing the comparison statement (CS) and negotiation with actual vendors & placing the order through the authority approval.
∎ Follow up daily stocks and nonmoving goods to ensure proper stock keeping.
∎ Working with Store dept. closely to use excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 (Five) years practical experience as Manager in a Large/Medium Manufacturing venture.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Re-rolling, Steel Casting, Power and Developer.
∎ Able to work in MS Office.
∎ Able to work in ERP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
