∎ Min. Bachelor degree in supply chain management/ logistics or any other suitable discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reports regarding market conditions
∎ Implement purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures
∎ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
∎ Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies at construction site(s)
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received
∎ Locate vendors of materials and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales in accordance with company policy
∎ Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms
∎ Determine quality, quantity and timing of deliveries
∎ Source and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years Practical Experience in real estate sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Developer
∎ Must have good oral & written communication both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have knowledge on real estate/construction materials.
∎ Should be able to deal with the vendors/contractors efficiently & professionally.
