Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some dynamic and passionate candidates as “Manager - Procurement & Logistic” for Bangladesh Branch.
∎ Workplace : Work at office/Project as per company required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all procurement and purchasing activities on projects. Sourcing and procurement of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and corporate goods and services, including maintenance, freight, and external warehousing.
∎ Define, develop, negotiate, and contract strategic sourcing solutions that meet businesses' requirements and enhance profitability by controlling/reducing costs, improving payment terms, and optimizing supply chain efficiencies
∎ Responsible for support and guidance to engineering personnel, Project Managers, and Construction Managers on formation, implementation, and administration of purchasing contracts and procedures.
∎ Responsible for the movement of materials and equipment from suppliers’ facilities to jobsite, /or interface with client requirements and provide status reports on progress.
∎ Responsible to conduct logistics studies, risk assessments, monitoring export/import compliance, negotiating rates, establishing contracts.
∎ Ensures that all procurement procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner.
∎ Responsible for assisting and advising Project Managers with ongoing administration of our contracts with Clients and for ensuring adherence to established procurement procedures and requirements.
∎ Will meet with vendors to seeking new sources of supply and will conduct such meeting is in professional and ethical manner.
∎ Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
∎ Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
∎ Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business
∎ Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Budget controlling & preparing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7-year(s) experience in relevant field/ managerial position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Export-Import, Commercial/ Purchase, Computer skill, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Negotiation Skills, Organizational Skills, Strong attention to detail
∎ Candidates from Supply Chain background will get higher preference.
∎ Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
∎ Experience using supply chain management software and tools will be considerable.
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Highly organized and detail oriented.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
∎ 50,000BDT ~ 100,000 BDT considerate based on experience (Overtime included)
