Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm / M.Pharm from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to lead and guide the team member of pharmacy department for its smooth operation.
∎ To maintain inventory management of the department.
∎ To store pharmaceuticals at optimum condition as to minimize expiry and maintaining EOQ.
∎ To act as a liaison with nursing and medical staff concerning prescriptions orders, drugs and pharmaceutical details, resident reactions, errors and complaints.
∎ To maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, and environment.
∎ To have secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
∎ To administrator of patients concerns, and recommends changes in policies and procedures.
∎ To treat all communication about staff and other organizational business confidentially. .
∎ Ensure high standards quality services in the Pharmacy.
∎ Prepare Quarterly Quality Assurance Statement.
∎ Stock count & give report every six (06) months in a year.
∎ Being responsible for the accurate despising and timely distribution of drugs and medication for outpatient and inpatient.
∎ Counsels patients and/or media practitioners on drug indications/contradictions, dosage, and side effects; provides other drug and pharmaceuticals.
∎ Provides guidance and training to pharmacy staff and monitors their performance
∎ Any other job perform assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in a reputed/big hospital as Deputy Manager/Manager position
∎ Excellent command in both English and Bengali

Salary: Negotiable
