∎ Overseeing the recruitment process for international placements.
∎ Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from various countries.
∎ Managing relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.
∎ Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for overseas positions.
∎ Coordinating visa, work permit, and other legal documentation processes for recruited candidates.
∎ Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the employment process, including relocation assistance and cultural adaptation.
∎ Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing international recruitment and employment.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
∎ Supervising a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve agency goals and targets.
