Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup new stores
∎ Manage and source resources
∎ Working with Employees
∎ Ensure safety and
∎ Conduct behavioural training
∎ Handling Business Operations
∎ Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain neat and clean kitchen area d ensure optimal quality of all food preparation and ensure compliance to all standards.
∎ Administer performance of all service staff and schedule and evaluate all restaurant operations and provide training to all employees and maintain all work according to required policies and procedures and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage trends.
∎ Prepare estimates of all food and beverage costs and coordinate with corporate staff and assist to purchase all required supplies and place required orders for all distributors and ensure response to all complaints.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
∎ Monitor & controlling kitchen flow.
∎ Operate within controlled budgets, cost dishes etc. analyse future purchasing to prevent over / under buying
∎ Control stock requirements & purchasing / replenishment, operate stock takes, prevent excessive wastage / spoilage
∎ Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest's needs and requirements
∎ Excellent time management, able forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.
∎ Ability to multitask

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
